Charlotte Forsyth has been part of The Owl Centre since 2021 and became a Trustee of The Owl Centre Charity in 2024. As Chief Commercial Officer, she brings extensive experience from both the commercial and public sectors, with expertise in strategic leadership, business development, and organisational growth.
Charlotte is passionate about ensuring that children, young people, and families can access high-quality, person-centred support. Alongside her professional experience, she brings lived experience of neurodiversity, which provides valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by neurodivergent individuals and their families.
As a Trustee, Charlotte is committed to supporting the charity’s mission, helping to strengthen its impact, and ensuring it continues to deliver meaningful and accessible services to the communities it serves. She is particularly motivated by the opportunity to combine her professional expertise with her personal understanding of neurodiversity to help shape a positive and inclusive future for those accessing support through The Owl Centre.
